Lily has travelled all around the world and she always looked forward to her grooms. However when in the UK, Lily never quite got the same experience as she did when in some other countries. She often found that her grooms in the UK weren’t personal enough, and didn’t take into account her needs (or how much fluff a Pomeranian like her has). That’s why we’ve started Lily’s Club.

Our goal is to provide personal friendly service to every pet and every pet parent, taking into account all of their needs while also offering the service at a fair price with transparent pricing. All dogs that come to Lily’s Club will leave as a friend of Lily, with a lovely bow, tie or stickers and will leave the cutest dog on the street!

As for us, we’ve been working with pets for many years, offering grooming, boarding and day care services within London and Bristol. We have a team with experienced groomers, and dog loving professionals who will treat your little friend with the love and care that they need.

Since opening, Lily’s Club has grown from strength to strength and in 2025 was announced as the national winner of the Corporate LiveWire Innovation & Excellence award for Dog Grooming Service of the Year. This coveted award recognised the outstanding quality of our services, professionalism, commitment to every pet that comes through our salon, alongside our innovation, including being the first salon in the UK to introduce chromotherapy for pets. This award reinforces Lily’s Club’s reputation as an award-winning salon known for its excellence, ethics, and care for every pet.
